Assistant Project Manger

Assistant Project Manager basically helps the project manager in managing projects. He reports to the project manager. The project manager assigns tasks and he reports back on those assigned tasks to PM. This role helps in managing the team and tasks at a lower level and builds up skills to grow as a project manager.

Project Manager mainly manages and controls the project. He or she leads the management team. He is responsible to plan & schedule the project, delegate tasks, and report to the stakeholders. He manages the scope, schedule, cost, resources, and risks. He’s ultimately responsible to successfully complete a project.

Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager helps manage multiple projects. He can also be called a program manager. They coordinate efforts to run multiple projects at the same time and work with project managers to plan the projects, get reports, and then take decisions at a higher level. Project managers collaborate with this role and report to him or her.

It is good to reach the level of a Project Manager or above, but it’s not easy to maintain and keep up with the responsibilities. So it’s very important to understand that how you can become a successful manager. Here are a few tips, but there will be a lot more coming in our future posts.
